Jonathan Frazier recently had “Skyline Drive VII” accepted into the Suzanne H. Arnold Art Gallery’s 39th Annual Juried Art Exhibition at Lebanon Valley College. An earlier painting in the series was accepted in the show last year. Another “Skyline” was accepted in the York Art Association’s Annual Juried Show earlier this year.
This ongoing cycle is from numerous trips to Skyline Drive in the Shenandoah National Park, VA. The series has been selected for upcoming solo exhibitions at the Montpelier Art Center near Richmond, VA in August of 2011, and also the Delaplaine Art Center in Fredrick, MD in December 2011. Jonathan is slated as featured artist at Gallery 30 in Gettysburg this June. This summer he will be showing with the Seven Lively Artists at the PA Governor’s Residence and the Cape Cod Museum of Art. One of his Cape Cod paintings was published in the June / July 2009 issue of “International Artist”.
