The Artwork of Two Artists:
Larger-than-Life Jerome Wright &
Equine and Human Figure Watercolorist Nancy Soulliard
Friday, February 3rd
The Ware Center is proud to present the artworks of two Lebanon, PA-based artists, Jerome Wright and Nancy Soulliard.
Jerome Wright has won national recognition for his works and has four of his paintings in the Charles Wright Museum of African American History’s permanent collection of great African American painters. His interest in music (he also plays cello), theater and things spiritual have influenced his usually very large, colorful works which now hang in private collections, museums and places of worship.
Nancy Soulliard is has turned her passion for horses into a beautiful collection of equestrian art. She also strives to capture the texture and movement radiating the energy and feeling of the human figures she draws. Nancy hopes to engage, provoke and inspire you to see the human and equine figures in a new light.
Both artists will be on hand from 6 – 8 PM on First Friday.
