The Ned Smith Center for Nature and Art is proud to announce the next installment in our Discovery Lecture Series: A Guide to Service Dogs, which will be held on Thursday, May 9 at 7 p.m. at the Ned Smith Center for Nature and Art.

Candi Trogner of Susquehanna Service Dogs will demonstrate how their organization trains service and hearing dogs to assist children and adults with disabilities, helping them lead more independent lives.

This event is part of the Discovery Lecture Series, a series of evening programs designed to educate the public about the natural world and inspire active participation in it.

Admission to the program is $5 per person.  Ned Smith Center members can use their membership coupons to receive ½ price admission to the program.  Advance tickets are available for purchase in the Center’s gift shop, by phone at 717-692-3699 or on the Center’s website, www.nedsmithcenter.org.
