Craft Reunion Open House–Sixteenth Annual at Fort Hunter

Co-sponsored by Fort Hunter and Craft Reunion, members of the former Third Street Pottery the Craft Reunion Open House  is an annual sale of fine crafts handmade in Pennsylvania.

One of Harrisburg’s most cherished Holiday traditions, Craft Reunion brings unique handmade works to dedicated craft lovers.   A favorite Dauphin County destination, Fort Hunter’s Centennial Barn is home to the carefully selected array of finely crafted treasures for the holidays.

One-of-a-kind creations of jewelry, metal sculpture, pottery, apparel, pewter and wooden utensils, stained glass and glass vessels, basketry, and hand-stitched journals are offered by members of the former Third Street Pottery.  Rustic furniture, leather purses, and several new potters and jewelers join Craft Reunion for it’s sixteenth year.   Exquisite fine art, paper-cuttings, local honeys and small-batch soaps tempt the senses. Friday evening, singer-songwriter Bobbi Carmitchell will serenade guests and entertain special musical requests.

The popular Craft Reunion runs Friday, December 6, 12noon-9pm, Saturday, December 7, 10am-8pm and Sunday, December 8, 11am-5pm. The festive event features the finest selection of handmade works with roots in traditional crafts of Central Pennsylvania. Fort Hunter welcomes guests to this year’s Craft Reunion as part of its month-long holiday schedule. Admission to Craft Reunion is free, with plenty of free parking.
