| AACA Museum The AACA Museum is dedicated to the Celebration, Preservation, Education, and Display of the American Motor Vehicle history that provides value for our members, hobbyists, and the public.Today’s AACA Museum is professionally staffed, collecting institution presenting semi-permanent and temporary exhibitions. Exhibitions are supported by educational programs for school and community audiences. It sponsors workshops and other activities designed to raise public awareness and appreciation of the role that the automobile has played in shaping 20th century America. The AACA museum celebrates the role of the collector in preserving and making assessable a material record of this phenomenon. It is also unique in that virtually all the cars on display have been opened or donated by AACA members. |

| Allegro: Chamber Orchestra of Lancaster Ten years ago, a group of area musicians, led by Dr. Brian Norcross, undertook a bold venture: to create a genuine chamber orchestra comprised of local musicians, and dedicated to bringing the finest music for small orchestra to the region.For our Gala Tenth season in 2011, we've decided to celebrate in two significant ways. First, we decided to invite several favorite soloists from prior seasons to return, and second, we decided to commission three brand-new pieces of music, to have a World Premiere at each of our three concert weekends!Mark your calendars for the second Saturday of each month at 2 and 7:30pm. | Art Kaleidoscope Art Kaleidoscope is a monthly gathering for a slideshow of artwork presented to the community by a variety of local artists. The event will be held at the Midtown Scholar Bookstore, 1302 N 3rd Street, Harrisburg, PA on the last Tuesday of every month from 6-9pm.Local artists are invited to sign up to participate in a 5-minute spot in a two-hour long slideshow. The slideshow is accommodating to artists working in a wide range of mediums such as painting, printmaking, photography, sculpture, film, music, writing, etc. Artists are encouraged to share new, old, on-going or in-progress projects.The goals of this monthly gathering are to showcase a variety of artwork by many local artists and to bring together artists and art patrons in this community. |

A wristband must be purchased for the wine and beer sampling. The cost of the wristband is $20 per person and it includes your souvenir wine or beer glass, sampling and entertainment (You must be 21 years or older to purchase a wristband). |

| Brown's Country Originals Mike and Donna Brown own Brown’s Country Originals. We create unique folk art for home and garden. I am a self-taught artist and have been doing art since I was very young. I have worked in wood, clay, oils, water colors, chalkware and paper mache. Most recently my concentration has been in chalkware and paper mache. My pieces can be described as uniquely crafted folk art with a little whimsy. Each figure has their own unique look which makes them a one of a kind piece. I am a member of the PA Guild of Craftsmen and juried member of the Reading-Berks Guild of Craftsmen. My paper mache pieces are hand sculpted of paper mache clay, hand painted, numbered, signed and dated. |

| Chips from the Block I am a professional wood worker. Where painters might use oil as their medium, I use wood as my pallet of color. At present, my tool of choice is the wood lathe. Turning out one of a kind pieces using several varieties of domestic woods as well as a large variety of exotics from around the world. I currently use three techiques in my work. Segemented Turning, Stack Ring Lamination and Stave Construction. |

Its mission is to provide financial support to Central Pennsylvania's arts and cultural organizations through an efficient and effective annual fundraising campaign.These dollars are then allocated as general operating support, the toughest dollars for arts groups to raise, to thirteen member arts groups throughout the region.
